Saving earth from greenhouse gasses

Sorry, I'm late posting. I wanted to make sure that this post was really good. We have a very important topic to talk about.  What are greenhouse gases? Greenhouse gasses are slowly warming the Earth.  According to US EP, this is caused by carbon dioxide which makes up most of green house gasses, but, there are small amounts of other stuff such as, methane and nitrous oxide these are all released during the combustion of   fossil fuels, these include coal, oil and natural gas to produce electricity. Rising Temperatures Ever since the industrial revolution in   1760 greenhouse gasses have increased significantly. Do you know what that means? That means that in another two hundred years the temperature is going to be extreme!  According to climate.gov,  model simulations suggest that our planet’s average temperature could be between 2 and 9.7°F (1.1 to 5.4°C) warmer in 2100 than it is today. You may think that's not much but it adds up quickly! ...

Monarch butterfly protection

Hello everyone! Today, I am bringing forward an important matter we need to discuss. I encourage you to try to help and look at more information on Monarch Butterflies. I am getting the information on the Monarch Butterflies from the  National Wildlife Federation. These beautiful creatures are at a low in population only 1,914 lived in 2020. Habitat They need pollinating plants (NO PESTICIDES!) such as: flowers, butterfly bushes etc. Most of all they need Milkweed because it's the only thing they lay their eggs on. Diet The National Wildlife Federation recommends that the best way to help monarchs is by restoring their natural habitat by planting native milkweeds and nectar plants, eliminating pesticides, and encouraging others to adopt these practices. I encourage you to check out the National Wildlife Federation for more information on Monarch Butterflies. Please help me save them!  Thanks for viewing, Syd
