 Who's ready for some more DIY decorations? I know I am! First up a skeleton garland! Plastic skeletons, Thread (to tie the skeletons to the twine) and twine (to hang it over the top of the window) Paper pumpkins  Cut a sheet of construction paper into 1-to-2-inch strips a pipe cleaner and a hole punch!
